slow serviceunexpected charge
the staff was not very attentive! it took a long time to get service at the pool area, and there seemed to be only one or two people working. i often had to wait a while to order drinks, frustrating. my checkout bill also had an unexpected charge. i wasn't informed about a tax increase, quite annoying!

nazir gave an amazing tour, full of historical details and period photos, even showing us a presidential suite!! narendra singh was always available and really represented the hotel's legacy very well. the staff was nice and friendly. service was amazing!

i was really let down during check-in i did not think it was smooth at all. there was a problem with my key cards they stopped working. i had to wait outside my room in the heat while it got sorted. i felt pretty offended by it all and thought the staff could have handled it better.

underwhelming stay. expectations were not met
inconsistent servicedirty breakfast
i really looked forward to this stay but was really disappointed. the service felt inconsistent. some staff seemed uninterested or even judgmental, not what i expect. also, the breakfast room felt dirty and smelled bad, impacting the dining experience. it is definitely not a good experience.

luxury toyota alphardroom check-incomplimentary minibar
the hotel arranged transport to and from the airport in a luxury toyota alphard. upon arrival, the general manager greeted us at the lobby with other managers. check-in occurred right in the room. the minibar in the room was complimentary except for alcohol. they replaced the provided fruits, chocolates, drinks, and snacks every day.
The pool service needed improvement. Only one or two staff members were available.

this is my first visit. the hotel has excellent friendly, and cute staff. the long bar was great, and i had a singapore sling. peanuts were on each table, and i throwed the shells on the floor. all staff was very helpful.
the room was good, but the shower room design in the suite needed improvement.

the suite seemed comfortable, and i liked the separation between the bedroom. panelled doors and windows gave privacy. a marble bathroom featured in my suite. the room was very clean.

butlers were very helpful. a butler gave suite orientation. i received warm and perfect service. staff ensured a wonderful time, and all were really nice. one doorman made suggestions.
